How can I register for an Account?

Registering to create an Account service is free and lets you to recall your personal information when visiting us again, saving you time when placing future orders.

This system also provides you with address book to store your recipients details, together with a log of orders previously placed.

To register to create a new account fill in your email address & click ‘Create an Account’

Please note if registering for a corporate account we will be unable to process your order until your account has been authorised by our accounts department.

 

 

What is a Corporate Customer?

By registering as a corporate customer you will have the facility to order flowers ‘On Account`.

Once your registration has been approved you will be able to order Bouquets that will be charged to your company at the end of that month in which the product is ordered. This facility enables corporate customers to have a consolidated invoice of all flowers ordered during that month.

The consolidated invoice containing the date, recipient, name of person ordering, department & purchase order number is then emailed to your accounts department for payment. Our standard credit terms are 30days from invoice.

What is a Private Customer?

By registering as a private customer you will have the facility to order Bouquets online & pay for them using a credit card at the time of purchase through our Pay Pal payment portal. Please note if you register as a corporate customer your order will be delayed until verification is complete.

 

 

 

How do I order Flowers?

As a Private customer, once you have registered you are ready to order Bouquets.

As a Corporate customer once you have received an approval email from customer services you will be ready to start ordering Bouquets.

Once registered simply login in the Already Registered Box & put your email & password in the fields then press Log in

 

Once you have Logged In you will be transferred to your Account Page, here you can view past orders & update your details. To order simply click on the home page

How do I select products to order?

Once you have clicked on the tab home in My Account page, you will have been directed to the home page. Here you can select Bouquets by categories (Far Left) with larger images being shown in centre screen. Press the view button & you are able to select the size & once you have decided on a Bouquet press the tab Add to Basket.

 

The Bouquet you have selected is automatically moved to your Basket.

To view your baskets simply move your mouse cursor over the basket symbol and this will give you a price breakdown of the Bouquet. Once you a happy with your selection press the checkout symbol (bottom right) which takes you to the shopping-basket summery page.

Please note VAT is charged in this box and is 100% recoverable by Corporate invoicing if you are VAT registered.

 

 

At the bottom of the shopping-basket summery page you have two address boxes, Delivery & My Address. These can be edited when you go onto the next page…so press next

How can I change my delivery address?

You are now on the Addresses page. Here you can update your addresses simply by using the Update tab, which is situated just below Your Delivery & Billing Addresses. Also once you have used this address page before it will automatically remember & show the last person you sent Flowers to. To change the recipients details just press the update button.

Another feature for ease of use in the Choose a delivery & billing address boxes, which allows you to bring up addresses of people who you have sent Bouquets before.

 

Below the above address boxes is the corporate billing information area. This area is to be used by all corporate customers when ordering, as this allows us to be able to invoice your company correctly and allows your accounts department to verify the order validity.

 

Below the billing info is a box for the Bouquets card message once filled in press Next

 

This will bring you to the Shipping Details page, where you can select the date of delivery as well as selecting your preferred delivery method.

 

Above you will find below the delivery option a box which is for Terms of Service, which you must agree and tick before being able to go onto the Payment Option.

How do I pay for my order?

This page gives you a summary of your order as well as giving you payment options.

For Corporate Customers with agreed accounts:

Please select the Pay by Order on Account.

For Private Customers:

Please select Pay with your card or your Pay Pal account.

Please note if you use the Pay by Order on Account tab your order will not be processed.

 

 

When you have selected the appropriate payment option you will be transferred to:

Corporate Customers using the On Account Option will receive an email confirming their order and we will have executed this order on your behalf.

Private Customers using the Pay Pal Option will be transferred to their site to securely process their credit card payment.  You will receive an email confirming your order and we will have executed this order on your behalf.Please note if you use the Pay by Order on Account tab your order will not be processed.
