How do I place an order?

Can I change my order?
If you need to change your order, we will need 48 hours notice.

Is there a consultation fee?
No, your initial consultation will be free of charge and there is no obligation to take the order further.

Can you help me keep within my fixed budget?
Yes of course. We will work with you and offer suggestions to help you achieve the right look, within your budget.

What is the delivery charge?
There are no deliver charges on corporate displays.

Do you deliver at the weekend?

How do I place an order?

Can I change my order?
If you need to change your order, for Weddings we will need 2 weeks notice, for Corporate we will need 1 weeks notice and bouquets we will need 48 hours notice.

Is there a consultation fee?
No, your initial consultation will be free of charge and there is no obligation to take the order further.

Can you help me keep within my fixed budget?
Yes of course. We will work with you and offer suggestions to help you achieve the right look, within your budget.

What deposit is required?
Bouquet orders have to be paid in full when ordering. Corporate clients are not required to pay a deposit,  however Weddings bookings are required to pay a £100 deposit.

What is the delivery charge?
This will vary depending upon the area required. Will we confirm this when the booking is going ahead.

Do you deliver at the weekend?
Yes – please contact us to discuss details.

When do you need final payment?
The remaining balance will be required two weeks prior to your wedding.

How can I pay?
All payments can be made by cash, cheque credit cards and Bacs (direct bank transfer).

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your bouquet order, we will need at least 48 hours notice. All other cancellations vary depending on sundries and containers used.

What services do you offer for events?
Here at Carrington Brown we provide stylish, high quality bespoke designs for private and corporate clients.

Do you have a price list?
We work with each client and their requirements on an individual basis. If you have a specific budget, we will work within that and meet your requirements.

Am I restricted to specific flowers at certain times of the year?
If flowers are out of season, they may be slightly more expensive. We will endeavor to find the type of flower you want.

Does temperature have an affect on our displays?
Yes. Heat will cause flowers to fade, so you need to keep your flowers in a cool location to prevent this. This will help them last longer. Cold conditions will also affect flowers so we suggest room temperature is best.

Why do you cut stems at an angle?
We do this to create a wider surface to ensure water is taken up. This will help flowers to stay fresh, longer.

How do I look after my flowers?
You need to make sure there is plenty of water in the vase, or change the water if it begins to look dirty.

Do I really need to add the flower food?
Yes. The flower food contains additives, which help nourish the flowers and will deter any bacteria.

What is the guarantee with my order?
Our guarantee is that you receive the service that we would want ourselves.

Can I have a different arrangement or colour to what is illustrated?
Should you require something different please contact us to discuss further. We will do our best to arrange something for you.

How often do you change your range?
We are always reviewing our range to reflect demand, availability and seasonal factors.

Wedding FAQs

Do I need to bring anything when we meet?
All we ask is to bring as much information as you can. Pictures of the dresses and samples of the colours would be a great help.

What type of flowers do you suggest we present to the mothers?
We will make suggestions to fit in with the theme and colours of the wedding.

Will I be able to see samples?
Yes, if we know in advance what you like, we can make sure we have a variety of flowers to show you.

We are getting married on a Sunday, will this cause any problems?
No, we will deliver your flowers fresh on the day of your wedding.

When do you need final payment?
The remaining balance will be required two weeks prior to your wedding.

How can I pay?
All payments can be made by cash, credit card, debit card or cheque.

How do we get the flowers on our Wedding day?
We will deliver all the flowers for your wedding/reception at an agreed time and place.
